About this role

[What the role is]
The Healthcare team in the Healthcare & Biomedical Division is responsible for shaping and delivering initiatives to support the growth of healthcare companies.

[What you will be working on]

This role plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on AI in healthcare and digital transformation of the strategic healthcare services providers.

Industry & Programme Development

- Formulate strategies and develop programmes to support healthcare companies.

Enterprise Development & Stakeholder Engagement

- Identify and account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth enterprises, to facilitate their growth and expansion
- Work closely with government agencies and ecosystem partners to support company growth and expansion.
- Engage stakeholders including venture builders, incubators, accelerators, and investors.

Market Intelligence & Industry Advancement

- Research and analyse local and global industry trends.
- Promote adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.

[What we are looking for]

What You'll Be Using and Applying

- Degree in Biomedical Sciences, Healthcare Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
- For Development Partner, at least 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare services, healthcare IT services, or related domains, with exposure to account management, business development, or similar roles.
- Candidates with at least 5 years of relevant experience may be considered for Senior Development Partner position.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong business acumen and proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
