The Role:

Filter devices are key components to contribute to yield improvement of   IC chips.   Therefore   customers ’   requirements   for filter devices   are getting more challenging and complicated.   We need to improve filter   performances   such as higher retention, productive flow rate and excellent cleanliness, c ontinuously , and satisfy   challeng ing goals.

- The Product Development Engineering team needs to fill this position to maintain sufficient engineering capacity and capability for R&D sample preparation, development of   manufacturable   processes, and the on-time launch of advanced new products. This role is essential to support customer requirements, accelerate new product development activities, and capture growth opportunities in the semiconductor industry.

- The core   mission of   the   job is   to   develop   device   assembling and cleaning   processes   utilized   for new   product   development .

- 本ポジションの中核的なミッションは、新製品開発に用いられるデバイスの組立および洗浄プロセスの開発です。

In this role you will:

- Developing optimum device cleaning process and assemble process for liquid filter devices.

- Creating DOE (Design of Experiment) plans and schedule.

- R esearching new technologies of cleaning process,   chemistry   and materials related to liquid filter devices.

- Assembling liquid filter samples .

- Managing samples preparation schedule.

- Managing documents of process records and requirement for part number registration.

- Learning liquid filter technologies and applications for development of future engineering   leader .

- 液体フィルターデバイス向けの最適な洗浄プロセスおよび組立プロセスの開発。

- DOE（実験計画法）の計画立案およびスケジュール作成。

- 液体フィルターデバイスに関連する洗浄プロセス、化学、および材料に関する新技術の調査。

- 液体フィルターサンプルの組立業務を推進。

- サンプル準備スケジュールの管理。

- プロセス記録および品番登録要件に関するドキュメントの管理。

- 将来のエンジニアリングリーダーとしての成長に向けた、液体フィルター技術およびアプリケーションの習得。

Traits we believe make a strong candidate:

- Knowledge and experience in chemistry (acids, bases, and organic solvents) at the university level.

- Experience of chemical   experiment   or machine equipment operations

- Ability and willingness to quickly learn machine and equipment operations.

- L eading or managing a small team for projects
