About this role
What you’ll do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for core Peec AI features
- Define clear product requirements and success metrics in collaboration with leadership
- Collaborate with our Data, Engineering, Sales and Growth teams to design, develop and launch new high-quality features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product direction
- Use our product daily to deeply understand user experience and identify improvement opportunities
What we’re looking for
- 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment
- Experience working in PLG (Product-Led-Growth) environments, including driving onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention
- Appreciation for beautifully designed, intuitive products, with an eye for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Strong understanding of AI, LLMs, or search technologies
- A Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset, able to go from high-level vision to detailed execution
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across disciplines
- Passion for understanding users and solving real problems through product innovation
Bonus Points
- Academic background in Computer Science or a technical field
