About this role
BINANCE TH is looking for a VIP Operations Intern to join our VIP team in Bangkok. This is a hands-on role where you'll support real campaigns, coordinate events, manage VIP merchandising, and help deliver a seamless experience for our most valued users.
What You'll Do:
- Support execution of VIP campaigns and user journey initiatives
- Coordinate with BINANCE TH internal teams
- Track campaign performance and assist with reports and dashboards
- Help plan and execute VIP events and engagement activities
- Manage merchandising operations
- Engage and manage relationships with our valued users
- Handle day-to-day operational CRM tools and administrative coordination
What We're Looking For:
- Fresh graduate student in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in data tools including spreadsheets
- Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is a plus
- Familiarity with data visualization and pivot table analysis
- Comfortable working with data and AI tools to support reporting and operational efficiency
