- Reports for duty punctually   wearing the correct uniform and nametag at all times .

- Maintains   high   standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times.

- Attends briefings and meetings as requested.

- Be fully aware of all Spa services   in order to   be able to promote the Spa.

- Have a complete understanding of the company's procedures in respect to health,   hygiene   and safety.

- Ensures that wastage of cleaning materials is kept to a minimum.

- Ensures that all equipment   is   cleaned,   maintained   and handled   in accordance with   departmental standards, and what they are meant for.

- Reports lost property to the Spa Manager   in accordance with   company's   procedure.

- Attends all scheduled training, even if this should fall outside of regular working hours.

- Performs any other reasonable tasks as directed by the management.

- Carries out daily general cleaning of all areas of the treatment rooms,   washrooms   and Spa public areas   in accordance with   departmental standards.

- Ensures that Spa ambience set up is   in accordance with   departmental standards.

- Ensures that guests are greeted   using their names at all times .

- Delivers soiled linen and   collects   clean linen from laundry service as directed.

- Ensures that   correct   quantity of cleaned linen is received from   laundry .

- Ensures that soiled linen is collected,   sorted   and bagged   in accordance with   departmental   procedure .

- Ensures that adequate supply of guest amenities and supplies are   maintained   and provided.

- Greet guests   in accordance with   the company's policy. Escorts guests to the treatment rooms and serves beverages upon completion of the treatment.

- Prepares and serves cold towels as directed.

- Checks that all treatment rooms,   washrooms   and Spa public areas are in good working order, and   to report   defects to the Senior Spa Attendant.
