About this role

Role & Responsibilities:

- Trusted partner to talent leadership, responsible for executing Lab49 Talent projects to meet our aggressive 5-year growth objectives.

- Anticipate business needs using personal experience, analysis, and data to recommend, develop, and implement new talent management processes as required to grow the business.

- Synthesize complex situations into solution-oriented, commercially viable initiatives that match people strategies to business strategies, and drive results

- Collaborate on designing and implementing creative and progressive talent strategies, addressing retention and development needs

- Drive change initiatives through communication, training, and rollout of updated or new people programs.

- Continuously analyze trends and use data to influence change to make teams and HR processes more effective.

- Be empathetic and thoughtful in identifying areas of improvement and proposing and executing change initiatives

- Work with Talent and Business Leaders on the development needs of their teams and functions. Work with external and internal parties to establish tailored learning & development programs.

- Provide coaching and guidance on complex employee matters with empathy, by applying knowledge of employment laws, experience, and good judgment in complex and confidential situations

- Team oriented professional who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverseconstituencies, build bridges and design “win-win” solutions across a matrix management organization

Requirements:

- 3-7 years of experience in Talent Engagement and Management, preferably supporting Engineering, Product and Design teams.

- Ability to operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity

- Organized with an attention to detail, with a proven track record of independently driving projects to completion and earning the trust of your stakeholders.

- Proven ability to influence and partner with various levels of employees, effective communicator who tailors communication style as needed

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent work experience.
