Compensation:
- $75,000 - $125,000+/yr

What YOU Will Do:
- Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform HVAC installations with attention to detail and quality
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes and ensure seamless operations
- Maintain inventory and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each installation job
- Document work accurately and provide guidance to apprentices
- Stay updated with HVAC codes and standards and uphold professional conduct at all times
- Drive and maintain company vehicles to ensure safety and efficiency
What We Need from YOU:
- Helper Position: 1 year of residential HVAC installation experience minimum
- Strong mechanical aptitude and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently, make informed decisions, and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in the safe use and maintenance of HVAC tools and equipment
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
- Physical dexterity
