We are seeking associates interested in developing their practice in the Energy area and participating in domestic and cross-border matters involving energy projects , corporate transactions , mergers and acquisitions , financings , and regulatory matters . This position offers the opportunity to work on complex , high-impact matters alongside a multidisciplinary team at a leading global law firm .

Junior Associate - Energy

Requirements :

• Law degree and professional license .

• No more than three years since obtaining the law degree .

• Professional experience in corporate , transactional , energy , or related legal matters .

• Experience in energy projects or natural resources is preferred .

• Advanced English proficiency .

• Excellent analytical skills , attention to detail , and legal drafting abilities .

• Proactive, organized, and able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in mergers , acquisitions , and other corporate transactions .

• Draft and review agreements , contracts , and other transactional documents .

• Conduct legal due diligence in connection with corporate transactions and energy projects .

• Assist with regulatory matters related to the energy sector.

• Participate in the structuring and development of energy projects .

• Coordinate and follow up on transactions with clients , external advisers , and authorities .

• Prepare legal memoranda, opinions , and research .

• Work directly with shareholders and senior associates on the execution of complex matters.

Terms:

• Full-time, on -site position.

• Indefinite-term employment agreement.
