Function: Corporate Functions Sub Function Engineering – Assistant General Manager

Major Purpose of the Job:

? Responsible for attending complaints received at CPL Corporate Campus.
? Responsible for operation & maintenance of Transformers, HT/LT panels, DG sets, Block wise electrical panels & equipment, Water generation & Distribution plant, STP plant, different types of A.C units etc.
? Responsible for carrying out Preventive Maintenance of Electrical equipment’s, Air-conditioning units, Water generation & Distribution network, STP plant, Civil, Carpentry & Painting activity.
? Responsible for coordination with purchase, finance, project & vendor for timely execution of work.
? Responsible for coordination with vendor for timely execution AMC activity.
? Responsible for necessary material procurement and its inventory management.
? Responsible for CATS Compliance of Admin and Maintenance department as a performer.

Principal Accountabilities:

• To assign jobs of different trade to the maintenance staff for Bhat Campus.
• To supply uninterrupted power, water and comfort environment (A.C) in all blocks of corporate campus.
• To supervise electrical, A.C, Plumbing, Carpentry, Civil & Painting work for its timely and effective execution.
• Maintain necessary records for Electricity Consumption / D.G. Operation / Diesel Usage / R.O plant operation, daily reports & logs, preventive maintenance records, spares inventory file, Material Bills etc.
• Maintain monthly maintenance budget as per its limit.
• Maintain tracking of all AMC Contracts for equipment’s and coordination with different vendors for its timely execution.
• Planning for necessary requirements and procure the same for functions held at Bhat Campus like – Annual day ( 13th March ) / Navratri Function & other such functions.
• To finish different government certification formalities.
• To provide training to maintenance staff for new equipment’s or device.
? Coordination with cross function department for timely completion of activity like purchase, finance, DS, CC etc.

Professional Qualifications
BTECH In Mechanical engineering /
Diploma In Mechanical engineering

Experience

12-15 Years’ experience in engineering field with hand on experience in utility management, plant machine
Maintenance, hvac validation, licensing related to utility equipment’s (boiler, dg set, Borewell), handling of green
Filed & brawn field projects, inventory management, OPEX , CAPEX, energy conservation etc.
