As a n Activities Ops Supervisor, a typical day will include:
- Create s recreational activit ies agendas and advertisements using publishing software.
- Conduct s inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment and informs the manager of low-supply items.
- Encourage s , recruit s , register s , and schedule s Owners /guests to participate in recreation al activities. Promote s a fun and relaxing atmosphere for O wner/guests.
- Supervise the Activities associates . Assists management in training, motivating, and coaching employees; serves as a role model.
- Ensure s that hourly associates are trained on company core values, job roles, responsibilities, and technical and service aspects of the job.
- Coordinate s tasks and work s with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently.
- Promote s the rules and regulations of the recreation facility intended for the safety and welfare of O wner/guests and members .
Guest Experience and Company Standards
- Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
- Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
To Become a n Activities Ops Supervisor at MVW:
- Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
- Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time .
- Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25 lbs without assistance .
- Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
