Manager - Bid and Proposal

EDGE is seeking an experienced Bidding & Proposal Manager to lead the end-to-end bid lifecycle for complex opportunities across our EDGE Commercial portfolio.
In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Development, Finance, PMO, Contracts, Procurement, and Technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposals on time. You will manage bid planning, schedules, reviews, approvals, and handovers from capture through to execution, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing complex international tenders and proposals.
- Strong knowledge of bid management methodologies (APMP, Shipley, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of the Aerospace & Defence industry.
- Expertise in pricing strategies, commercial evaluation, and financial analysis.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
