Key purpose of the Job

The Assistant Manager – Learning & Development is responsible for developing the annual training calendar and ensuring the effective execution of training programmes across the organization. The role holder supports the Front End HR & Administration Lead in conducting training needs analyses and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives to ensure continuous learning and development.​

​The role is also responsible for overseeing the administration of the Performance Management System (PMS) and supporting talent management processes within KAG, ensuring the effective implementation of performance and succession management practices.​

​In addition, the job holder is responsible for carrying out all assigned duties and responsibilities in compliance with the organization's Health & Safety policies, guidelines, instructions, and protocols, while promoting a safe and healthy working environment​

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the development of the annual and monthly training calendar and training programme schedule, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and approved budgets.​

- Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers to plan and deliver executive training programmes according to the approved schedule.​

- Execute Learning & Development initiatives driven by the Group HR team, including coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and other capability-building programmes.​

- Oversee the administration of the Performance Management System (PMS) and support the effective implementation of talent management processes, ensuring timely completion of performance cycles and talent review activities.​

Education

Bachelor’s / Master's Degree/ MBA in Human Resources/ any other relevant stream
## Experience

4–6+ years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D) and Talent Management, with proven exposure to designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives and talent management processes
