Your future team
Join our HR Team focused on talent management, comprised of 10 people. Beyond recruiting and supporting our employees, we love to explore new restaurants, enjoy cultural activities, and spend quality time together outside of work.
Your role in our journey
- Own and manage the recruitment process and candidate experience for your teams
- Build a strong candidate pipeline via active sourcing, job postings, and referrals
- Provide HR Business Partner support including onboarding, performance management, and employee development
- Contribute actively to employer branding initiatives (career fairs, meetups, etc.)
- Identify, design, and execute projects to continually improve company processes and employee satisfaction
What you bring to the table
- University degree, ideally in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR & Recruiting is a plus
- Demonstrated excellence in academic, professional or extracurricular activities
- Analytical mindset and structured work style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
- Very good English skills
