BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to support children with complex care needs in the community.

This role is ideal for Paediatric Nurses, Community Nurses, RGNs, or RNIDs with paediatric experience who want to provide meaningful, child-centred care in the community.

About the role

You will provide safe, compassionate nursing care to a 4-year-old boy with complex care needs in a school setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver personalised care that helps children feel comfortable, supported, and safe.

Full training, paid shadow shifts, and clinical support will be provided.

Role details
Hours: Part-time
Shifts: Days, Monday to Friday (8am-2pm)
Weekly hours: Up to 30 hours available
Location: Tralee area

Requirements

- Current NMBI registration — RCN or RGN
- Minimum 1 year acute paediatric or relevant experience
- Eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland without sponsorship
- Commitment to compassionate, personalised care
