About this role

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build upon your payroll expertise and experience. You will form part of a team providing outsourcing services and support to international businesses from a diverse range of industries.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and support payroll processing and preparation of client’s payroll, which includes but not limited to monthly payroll reports, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end income tax returns.

- Attend to phone or email enquiries from the client on payroll related matters (within 24 hrs), except for complex email (within 72 hrs).

- Perform End-to-End payroll and leave processing.

- Responsible of collation of inputs from various sources for payroll processing.

- To maintain personnel database and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports & correspondences).

- Process weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll for all employees.

- Prepare and compute payroll items in accordance with companies’ payroll processing cycle (payroll calendar).

- Monitor & update checklist in during payroll processing

- Update of CPF tracker upon filing of CPF return.

- Prepare the Monthly Rollover File.

- Assist to follow up AR dues & retrieve of SOA.

- Liaise with government agencies on payroll, CPF and tax filing requirements

- Submits CPF, IR8A, IR21 and other tax related matters accurately and timely.

- Ensure deliverables are submitted timely, to a high degree of accuracy and processes are efficient.

- Support the implementation and onboarding process for new clients.

- Establish and maintain good client relationships with your portfolio of clients.

- Ensure all firm quality and risk processes are understood and complied with.

- Supports the team with any other ad-hoc projects and related tasks as and when required by the Manager(s).

Requirements

- Diploma/Degree holder in Human Resource or business-related subject.

- Good command of the English Language.

- Team player with strong interpersonal and client servicing skills.

- Has excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines.

- Able to pay attention to detail and highly meticulous.

- Able to deal with confidential materials.

- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools, i.e. MS Teams.
