About this role

About Micron Agritech

Micron Agritech is a Dublin-based animal health diagnostics scale-up, driving sustainability in the sector through faster, smarter parasite management. Our point-of-care faecal egg count (FEC) platform has now processed well over 100 million parasite egg detections for veterinary practices, farmers and equine owners across the UK and Ireland. We're growing fast, and looking for people who want to grow with us.

The Role

We're hiring a UK South Territory Manager to own new business and relationship growth for veterinary practices, SQPs and related animal health outlets across the South of the UK. This is a field-based, on-the-road role for someone who thrives on autonomy, is energised by meeting new people, and knows how to close.

What You'll Do

- Build and manage your own pipeline of veterinary practices, SQPs and other target accounts across your territory
- Book meetings and product demonstrations, largely through your own outbound effort
- Run in-person meetings professionally, up to four days a week on the road, demonstrating our diagnostics products and explaining the value they bring to a practice
- Close deals and convert demos into active accounts
- Build long-term relationships with practices to support retention and repeat business
- Represent Micron Agritech's brand and mission at every touchpoint

What We're Looking For

You are:

- Autonomous and self-motivated, comfortable managing your own diary and pipeline with minimal oversight
- A natural relationship builder, charismatic and confident in front of a room or a single decision-maker
- Resilient and outbound-first, not afraid of cold calling or door-opening
- Enthusiastic about animal health, sustainability, and being part of a fast-growing scale-up

You have:

- Sales experience, including cold outbound prospecting
- Ideally, experience in technical, on-site sales, sector not essential
- An animal health background of some kind, e.g. SQP, vet nurse, vet, former farmer, or equestrian background
- A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel extensively across the South of the UK

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive salary, based on experience
- Car allowance
- Uncapped commission structure
- Company shares
- The chance to join a fast-growing scale-up at a pivotal stage of growth
