About this role

Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Oversight

- Lead, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Canvas subcontractor workforce, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and performance standards.
- Develop and implement program management plans, schedules, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Monitor and report on program outcomes, outputs, risks, and issues to senior leadership and government sponsors

Personnel Management

- Directly supervise and coordinate activities of up to 200 personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
- Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team

Resource & Financial Management

- Oversee all travel, ODC, labor, and programmatic expenditures, ensuring compliance with contractual and organizational policies.
- Develop and manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial reports; identify and mitigate risks related to resource allocation and cost control

Contract & Compliance

- Ensure all program activities adhere to DoD, AFRL, TMAS, and Canvas contract requirements, including reporting, deliverables, and quality assurance.
- Maintain contractor interface with senior levels of the customer’s organization, consulting with stakeholders to review task plans and deliverables

Stakeholder Engagement

- Serve as the primary point of contact for Canvas, Torch Technologies, government sponsors, and other subcontractors.
- Facilitate recurring program meetings, status reviews, and technical interchange sessions with internal and external stakeholders

Reporting Structure

- This position reports directly to the Business Unit Director for TMAS Programs, ensuring clear lines of accountability and communication for program status, risks, and resource needs
