NHC HealthCare Clinton, a respected 131-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of South Carolinas Upstate region—just a short drive from Greenville—is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and professional care team.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician instructions
- Administer medications and treatments as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members
- Support a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the State of South Carolina
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude
- Experience with electronic documentation preferred
