Job Title: Delivery Lead
Job Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid)

Job Description:

- Lead application and system implementation projects from planning through completion.

- Develop project plans, schedules, risk registers, and resource plans.

- Monitor project scope, quality, cost, and timelines.

- Manage client relationships and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.

- Perform deep-dive data analysis using Advanced Excel, Access, SQL, and VBA.

- Build data models, dashboards, reports, and automation solutions.

- Use Excel Power Query, Power Pivot, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas.

- Design and maintain Microsoft Access databases, queries, and VBA automation.

- Write SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and performance improvement.

- Identify business gaps and develop data-driven process improvement solutions.

- Lead meetings, workshops, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders.

- Translate complex technical and analytical findings into business recommendations.

- Work independently on ambiguous problems and develop actionable solutions.

- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge and best practices.

Requirement:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management and data analysis.

- Strong project management and stakeholder management experience.

- 3+ years of hands-on Advanced Excel experience.

- Strong Microsoft Access and VBA experience.

- Strong SQL skills with experience using relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

- Experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, dashboards, and data modeling.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to quickly learn new business domains and work with limited prior knowledge.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred.
