What You'll Do

As a Machine Operator I , you'll play an important role in producing high-quality architectural products by safely operating manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to develop new skills and grow your manufacturing career.

Hours:

Days 6a - 6p 2-2-3 Schedule

Nights 6p - 6a 2-2-3 Schedule ($2.00 Shift Premium)

Pay : $19.50 / Hr.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate production machinery and equipment
- Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments
- Read work orders, blueprints, and production instructions
- Use measuring tools to verify product quality and accuracy
- Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance
- Identify and report equipment or quality issues
- Follow all safety procedures and support production goals
- Cross-train in multiple work areas and equipment

What We're Looking For

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand tools, including wrenches, hammers, and levels
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Environment

This position is performed in a manufacturing facility and may include:

- Standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift
- Working around machinery, noise, dust, and varying temperatures
- Occasional overtime and weekend work based on production needs
- Collaborating with a team in a fast-paced production environment
