Pay $19 - $22 depending on experience and job performance.

Tasks:

- Assisting with:

- preparation of deals for delivery

- Preparing paperwork for processing registrations and titles with DMV

- Following up on missing or incorrect titles and liens

- Processing wholesale and dealer-trade paperwork

- Assisting with

- Splitting the previous day deals.

- Prepare, copy, and submit contract to banks for timely payment.

- Prepare and copy DMV forms for submission to the title clerk.

- Prepare trade-in jackets and pay off any liens, add units to verify.

- Reconcile the floor plan statement to schedule balances.

- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.

- Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.

- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.

- Make copies of correspondence or other printed material.

- Provide services to customers, such as order placement or account information.

- Operate electronic mail systems and coordinate the flow of information, internally or with other organizations.

- Use computers for various applications, such as database management or word processing.

- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases.

- Operate office equipment, such as fax machines, copiers, or phone systems and arrange for repairs when equipment malfunctions.

- Contact management software.

- Customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Verify NYS MV50 system.

- Microsoft Outlook knowledge

- Web browser software

- Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel

- Proficient in Microsoft Word
