THE JOB:
It is the primary responsibility of the Lead Butler to provide guests with full service during their stay and assist with any special requests.
THE STARTING RATE: $23.5012 + tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome
- Guide guests through all phases of their experience
- Exhibit proper knowledge and service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages as well as menu items of every course
- Follow sequence of service utilizing all proper procedures standardized by management Item bills correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency
- Work as a team and assist all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ Years of prior relevant experience as a server in a fine dining establishment required
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
