Crafted Highlights:

In the role of  Brewery  Worker working in Fort Worth, TX you will be part of the Integrated Supply Chain Team. A  brewery  worker in the  brewery  department plays a key role in the production of high-quality  beer  by supporting daily  brewing  operations. This position is responsible for assisting with the preparation, execution, and monitoring of the  brewing  process, including handling raw materials, operating  brewing  equipment, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.

This position reports to the Process Leader and works closely with their fellow  Brewery  Workers,  Mechanics  and Electricians.

What You’ll Be  Brewing :

- Assist in the  brewing  process including  milling , mashing, lautering, boiling, cooling, and  fermentation .
- Monitor  brewing  parameters and record data accurately.
- Clean and sanitize  brewing  vessels, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Handle raw materials such as malt, hops, and yeast with care and precision.
- Support  inventory management  and ingredient tracking.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and consistent production.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Key Ingredients:

- Previous experience in a  brewery  or food production environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of  brewing  processes and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
