SUMMARY:
Provides routine maintenance, janitorial, and general labor tasks across company facilities. This role focuses on hands-on work including cleaning, basic repairs, grounds upkeep, and assisting with facility and vehicle maintenance needs. The position supports a safe, clean, and functional environment for staff and patients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and trash removal in offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Maintain facility cleanliness standards on a daily basis
Complete basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and upkeep of equipment and fixtures
Assist with groundskeeping including mowing, trimming, raking, and debris removal
Support upkeep and organization of storage areas, maintenance rooms, and supplies
Monitor facilities for safety hazards and report issues to the maintenance supervisor
Assist with vehicle upkeep and including cleaning, basic checks, and coordinating maintenance needs
Perform basic labor tasks such as moving equipment, setting up rooms, and assiting with facility needs
Replenish supplies such as paper goods, soap, and cleaning materials
Assist with fire extinguisher checks and general safety compliance tasks
Follow all safety procedures and organizational policies

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
A high school diploma or GED is required.
Experience:
Previous experience in janitorial, maintenance, or general labor work preferred.
Other Requirements:
Valid drivers license and insurability preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Basic understanding of computers, tools, and cleaning equipment
Reliable and consistent attendance
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regular lifting up to 50 lbs
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods
Use of basic tools and cleaning equipment

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors
Exposure to cleaning chemicals, weather conditions, and typical maintenance environments
