Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, organization, and filing of legal documents and preparation of transaction bibles.
- Prepare drafts of legal documents and correspondence.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and maintain case files for ongoing matters.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in Banking / Finance / Private Equity / legal industry.
- Strong organizational, writing, and analytical skills; proficiency in file management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
