About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing sales team at our Hawthorn office in a role that sits at the very centre of our marketing operations. As Campaign Coordinator , you'll work closely with some of Melbourne's best real estate professionals and you'll do it by being the organised, detail-driven engine that keeps everything running behind the scenes.

We want to be upfront: this role is significantly administrative in nature. A large portion of your day will be spent on detailed, process-driven tasks and the person who thrives here will find genuine satisfaction in that, not just tolerate it. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all campaign advertising across print and digital platforms, ensuring alignment with Marshall White's brand guidelines

- Manage advertising schedules and budgets to ensure all campaigns run on time and within financial parameters

- Process advertising invoices and maintain accurate campaign trackers and records

- Compile detailed market and suburb reports to support marketing efforts and client presentations

- Prepare compelling pre-listing kits and listing presentations that showcase properties at the highest standard

- Assemble inspection packs and manage the administrative tasks that keep the team running smoothly day to day

- Maintain organised systems for campaign documentation, databases and correspondence

- Support seamless collaboration between teams to deliver an exceptional experience for clients and colleagues alike

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a similar Campaign Coordinator, real estate administration or marketing support role with prior experience in the real estate industry being essential

- A genuine enjoyment of the administrative side of a role. You understand that meticulous back-end work is what makes the front-end shine, and you take pride in it

- A strong understanding of real estate marketing campaigns and how they are executed

- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and a high volume of tasks in a busy environment

- A proactive, can-do attitude and genuine commitment to delivering high-quality work, however big or small the task

- Experience with Box + Dice is an advantage though not essential
