About this role
The Senior Manager – WSMD Lab (Weighing, Sampling, and Moisture Determination Lab) role in a copper smelting complex is responsible for managing day-to-day laboratory operations, shift-wise testing execution, sample management, analytical quality control, equipment readiness, documentation, and coordination with operations/process teams. The role ensures accurate and timely analytical support to smelter operations while maintaining compliance with laboratory SOPs, HSE standards, and quality requirements, and is expected to build capability for future leadership of the WSMD Lab function.
