Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Suppliers Quality Management / ISO relate audit knowledge.
- Understand NPI Tooling / Stamping / Plastic / Painting process skill related.
- Closely work with Chassis PM and Engineering teams / ODM suppliers to review project quality of Mechanical design.
- Standardization and management requirements, specifications and technical design documents during development phase.
- Risk assessment and improvement for product mechanical design quality, chassis mechanical, thermal, system, design rule / guidance to enable competitive high-quality server chassis product.
- Projects quality review and environmental & Shock/Vibration reliability relate.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience in SQE/SQM or QA or Reliability industry related.
- Mechanical suppliers manage background.
- Involved Product development and management related experience .
- ISO review experience & Strong communication skills.
- Cross-functional skills.
- FA/CA skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
- Bachelors' degree or above
