Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centred haemodialysis care in accordance with centre protocols and nursing standards of practice.
- Operate dialysis equipment and monitor patients’ vital signs throughout treatment, ensuring timely response to any changes.
- Assist Registered Nurses in implementing nursing care plans and providing health education to patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with clinical guidelines.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained clinical environment in line with infection control policies.
Candidate’s profile:
Your Profile:
- Enrolled Nurse of Nursing Council of Hong Kong with a valid Practicing Certificate; Renal certificate is preferred
- 2 year or above clinical experience for Enrolled Nurse and experience in Hemodialysis is preferred
- Strong commitment to patient, reliable & diligent, willing to learn
- Good command of English and Chinese, knowledge of MS Office as a must
