🔎Who We're Looking For:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or similar
- Experience in business analysis, digital transformation, automation, or consulting
- Consultant: approx. 1–3 years
- Senior Consultant: approx. 3–5+ years
- Experience with process mapping and workflow design tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, Lucid)
- Basic understanding of APIs, data flows, system behaviors, or workflow orchestration
Preferred (especially for Senior Consultants) ➕
- Consulting experience — strong asset (including MBB, Big4, boutique consultancies)
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, procurement systems)
- Exposure to generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, or orchestration technologies
- Ability to manage complex stakeholders and drive clarity in ambiguous contexts

As a Consultant:
- Analyze business needs & map processes
- Support workshops & client collaboration
- Help design AI workflows
- Configure AI solutions (low/no-code — full training provided 🎓
As a Senior Consultant:
- Lead workshops & requirements
- Own stakeholder communication
- Identify risks & opportunities
- Mentor junior team members💡
