About this role
Your tasks
- Plans the activity in order to achieve the sales targets and the assigned strategic objectives.
- Coordinates the process of collecting all necessary data and actively participates in the development of annual/monthly/weekly/daily gas and power delivery schedules for allocated active customers.
- Plans, organizes and monitors the gas and power forecast activity of consumption in the short, medium and long term.
- Plans activities related to new sales campaigns, execution and evaluation the campaigns after launch.
- Coordinates business plans to meet sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Proactively coordinates the planning for sales growth with existing customers as well as the search for new customers.
- Provides technical analysis to assist in the bidding process (approved hourly/daily/monthly energy consumption profile).
- Enters and updates data into the CRM system (delivery points, offers, visits, offer results, potential areas, etc.)
- Responsible for reporting on all contacts established with current, potential or lost customers.
Your profile
- University degree Bachelor in Economics, Marketing, Tehnic
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, in a business-to-business sales environment, preferably in an international company
- Good communication and negotiation skills, customer orientation and the ability to work with objectives.
- Knowledge and in-depth understanding of the Romanian gas and energy market
- In-depth knowledge in the field of gas and power distribution
- In-depth knowledge of the competition and its activities
- Excellent knowledge of using Microsoft Office and other IT systems used at OMV Petrom
- Accuracy in carrying out tasks and meeting deadlines, high level of professionalism
- Able to work efficiently under stress and availability to work overtime when needed.
- Very good communication in English
- Driving license category B
