Service Cashier

Smithtown Kia is seeking a full-time Service Cashier to join our team. This a great opportunity to break into an exciting industry with plenty of opportunities for growth!

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Process payments for automotive services using cash, credit cards, and other payment methods

- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure that all transactions are completed in a timely manner

- Balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift

- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must have weekday and Saturday availability; the service department is closed on Sundays, no Sunday shifts required

- Cashiering experience strongly preferred

- Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required
