We are now looking for a junior to mid-level PMO to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Develop project management frameworks and standards for the organization.
- Support project managers in the execution of projects, monitor compliance to project management methodologies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee project documentation and reporting processes to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and propose effective solutions.
- Conduct project audits and assessments to ensure adherence to governance frameworks.
- Provide training and support to project managers and team members on project management tools and methodologies.
- Create and maintain project dashboards and performance metrics to track project status and deliverables.
- Support the development of strategic project plans and assist in resource allocation.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 Υears of experience in project management, preferably in a PMO role.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Experience in risk management and project governance.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).
