- In-depth knowledge of sustainability certification and regulatory frameworks such as ISCC EU, RED II/III, Mass Balance, chain of custody, REC, LCFS, RFS and RPS.

- Proven experience working in a fast-paced, international and multicultural environment, ideally collaborating closely with Sales and Operations teams.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and regulatory requirements and turn them into practical, scalable solutions.

- The confidence to independently navigate complex and ambiguous compliance situations, exercise sound judgement and drive improvements without needing constant guidance.

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence across functions and geographies without direct authority.

- A clear and confident English communicator, with the credibility to act as a subject-matter expert, coach colleagues and represent ACT externally. Fluency in French or Spanish would be an advantage.

If you meet these criteria and are ready to contribute your expertise to a dynamic and challenging environment, we encourage you to apply.
