Description
Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting a Paralegal for our Lake Mary, FL office.
This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office.

What You'll Do:
- Responsible for assisting FL attorneys and other litigation staff in facilitating and finalizing settlements of contested litigation matters involving debt defense council.
- Submitting offers from defense counsel to clients using preferred methods (i.e. email or upload into proprietary system)
- Identifying and generating drafts of settlement documents
- Facilitate obtaining signatures from all parties
- Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.
Requirements
- Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree (preferred).
- Prior law firm experience - required
- Basic knowledge of civil litigation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
