About this role

A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Outside Catering team in planning and delivering high-quality catering events beyond the hotel premises.

Key Responsibilities

- Support planning and coordination of outside catering events

- Assist in supervising catering staff on-site during events

- Liaise with clients to confirm event details and requirements

- Ensure events are set up and executed to brand and quality standards

- Monitor guest satisfaction and service quality during events

- Support inventory, logistics, and equipment coordination for off-site events

- Assist with cost tracking and post-event reporting

Requirements

- Arabic speaker

- Relevant experience in catering or events operations

Sourcing Recommendation

Arabic-speaking countries: Jordan, Palestine, Algeria, Tunisia, Mauritania — plus GCC nationals already based in-country (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE). Morocco can be considered only for female candidates aged 40+.
