A 5-star luxury hotel is seeking experienced Waitresses to join its Food & Beverage team and deliver a refined, professional, and welcoming guest experience. The ideal candidates will have strong service skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, caf, lobby lounge, or fine dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive, professional, and courteous service
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards and sequence of service
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, organized, and ready for guest service
- Maintain strong menu knowledge, including dishes, beverages, ingredients, and special promotions
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- Handle guest feedback or minor concerns politely and report issues to the supervisor when needed
- Support upselling of menu items, beverages, desserts, and special offers
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, stewarding, and other service team members to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
- Follow grooming, appearance, and service standards as per hotel policy
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress in a hotel, restaurant, caf, lobby lounge, or similar F&B environment
- Prior experience in a 5-star or luxury hotel environment is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Food & Beverage service standards and basic sequence of service
- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Presentable, well-groomed, and service-oriented
- Good communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle guest requests professionally
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
