# Inter-Company Customer Service & Production Planner

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact between inter-company customers and facility teams.
- Prepare quotes and manage order entry, acknowledgments, and follow-up.
- Build achievable production schedules around demand, capacity, materials, and lead times.
- Monitor inventory, replenishment needs, forecasts, and delivery commitments.
- Partner with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, Production, and Manufacturing to resolve issues.
- Identify demand and capacity conflicts early and help drive solutions.
- Use ERP planning messages and production data to keep priorities aligned.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service, planning, or manufacturing experience.
- Strong communication, organization, negotiation, and follow-through.
- Confidence working across departments and building lasting customer relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree, CPIM certification, or five years of manufacturing experience preferred.
