Our Bartenders are outgoing, friendly people who love working as part of a team. You are customer- service driven, taking a fun and enthusiastic approach to every event. You have a hospitality heart and arent afraid to get your hands dirty. You are always anticipating the needs of our guests and go above and beyond not only for our clients, but for your teammates as well. It is the responsibility of a bartender to prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails in an expedient manner, while establishing positive guest relations and maintaining a clean, orderly bar.

Our bartender position offer a great deal of flexibility as you make your own schedule by signing up for the shifts that match your availability. During off-peak season (January – March) you should expect for there to be less shifts available. Now is the perfect time to join the team to get maximum shift opportunities!

This is a part-time position. We offer flexible scheduling but do require consistent evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities - The Primary job of the Inventory Clerk includes but is not limited to:

- Ensure smooth bar operations and high-quality customer service

- Provide attentive, first-class service for all guests

- Practice safe alcohol service

- Live the company values

- Follow all company policies and procedures

- Complete duties according to the direction of Bar Supervisors

- Setup and teardown of bars according to event floorplans

- Load and unload company vehicles

- Assist in cleaning facilities and kitchen as needed

- Any additional duties requested for a specific event to help the team deliver exceptional hospitality

Qualifications

Requirements:

- 6 months Bartender experience in a banquet or catering environment

- Ability to stand, walk, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch for up to 8 hours at a time

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

- Weekend/evening availability

- Reliable means of transportation

- Eligible to work in U.S.

Preferred Qualifications:

- 6 months serving, catering or hospitality experience

- HS diploma or equivalent

- Insurable driver

- Experience driving large trucks or vans

- TIPS certification
