CRM & Business Operations Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Arlington, VA (Hybrid | 1-2 days onsite per week)
Compensation: Conversion salary target of $60,000-$75,000 annually

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is partnering with a growing professional services organization to identify a CRM & Business Operations Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for an early-career professional with experience supporting Salesforce, CRM systems, reporting, or business operations who is looking to expand their skills in sales operations, analytics, and process improvement.

This position will play a key role in maintaining CRM data integrity, supporting reporting and dashboard development, assisting end users, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day administration of CRM platforms, including user access, license management, data quality monitoring, and basic system troubleshooting

- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders using Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM reporting tools

- Assist with dashboard creation and reporting enhancements

- Monitor and improve CRM data accuracy by identifying and resolving data quality issues

- Support opportunity tracking processes and ensure pipeline records are complete and up to date

- Provide user support and training for Salesforce and other CRM platforms

- Maintain training materials, user guides, FAQs, and documentation

- Partner with IT, Accounting, Contracts, and other internal teams to resolve system issues and support business initiatives

- Assist with process improvements, workflow documentation, research projects, compliance activities, and administrative support for the business development team

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required

- 1-2 years of experience in CRM administration, sales operations, business operations, reporting, business development support, or a related field

- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

- Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred

- Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and data management best practices

- Exposure to federal contracting, professional services, or business development environments is a plus
