About this role
We are seeking a seasoned Executive Director in our Small Cap Investment Banking Group to Originate and execute M&A, Equity, and Debt transactions for sponsors and strategic clients with sales revenues in the $100M-$200M or transactions with enterprise values between $100M- $300M.
