DePaula Chevrolet is looking for a Receptionist for our Business Development Center. This receptionist is the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting the dealership's sales and service department. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with strong communication and organizational skills who are looking to begin a career in the automotive industry with opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming telephone calls to the appropriate departments or team members.
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
- Make outbound calls to customers for appointment reminders, retention campaigns, follow-up, and customer satisfaction.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely delivery to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain customer information and appointment records in dealership management system (DMS).
- Provide basic information regarding dealership products, services, and hours of operation.
- Assist with administrative tasks and other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, dependable and team oriented.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation:
- $17.00 to $19.00 an hour.
- Weekly pay.
