Automotive Finance Manager
Kayser Chrysler Center of Watertown is looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a proven F&I professional , not someone looking to learn the business. A track record of success in automotive finance is a must.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager
Consistent history of strong PVR and product penetration
Strong lender and deal structuring knowledge
Excellent communication and closing skills
Knowledge of compliance and finance processes
Ability to build trust and create value with customers
Strong work ethic, accountability, and professionalism
Someone who can step in and produce immediately
