We are currently looking for Express Service Writers to join our team. No automotive experience is required — we provide paid training and the support you need to succeed.

What Youll Do
As an Express Service Writer, youll help create a smooth and positive experience for our service customers from the moment they arrive until they pick up their vehicle.
- Greet customers and check in their vehicles in a friendly and timely manner
- Communicate regularly with service technicians regarding vehicle status
- Keep customers informed of diagnostic results, service needs, and technician recommendations
- Review and explain recommended maintenance and repairs
- Assist customers throughout the checkout process
- Notify customers promptly when their vehicle is complete, washed, and ready for pickup
- Review and close repair orders with customers
- Help coordinate and manage loaner and rental vehicle schedules
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire service experience

- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
