# Seeking Surgical Services Supervisor!
Full-Time, 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday, No call

The clinical supervisor functions as an extension of the Manager and/or Director by developing and monitoring staff practice for consistency with policies, procedures and standards of practice.

Qualifications:
- ## Graduate of approved nursing program
- ## Current Indiana or compact state RN license
- ## CNOR certification, within 12 months of hire
- ## BLS for Healthcare Providers required
- ## ACLS certification (obtained within 12 months of hire)
- ## Two (2) years of clinical/hospital setting with at least one (1) year of experience in surgical care setting
- ## Previous Supervisory experience
