Service Advisor

Woody Folsom CDJR Douglas is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Douglas, GA. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for everyone who entrusts us with their vehicle care.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers and determine their automotive service needs.

- Provide accurate service estimates and communicate necessary repairs or maintenance to customers.

- Schedule service appointments and coordinate workflow with the service technicians.

Requirements
