Atlantic Medical Group Endocrinology at Sparta and Hackettstown is seeking a full-time Medical Office Associate (MOA) for weekday hours. This position would be required to provide support at both locations.
The MOA ensures the smooth flow of patients through the practice, including registration, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and coordinating appointments and correspondence. Accurately collects payments, verifies demographics and insurance, and registers patients. Provides courteous assistance to ensure each patient has a positive, professional experience at Atlantic Medical Group.
