About this role

Pink Elephant builds infrastructure of products at the frontier of mental health on EU&US markets.

Mental health is a global crisis hiding in plain sight. Nearly 1 in 8 people live with a mental disorder. Depression and anxiety alone strip $1 trillion from the global economy every year. Conventional treatment leaves most patients cycling through mediocre solutions for years - undertreated, undersupported, and underinformed. Progressive therapies are showing results up to 10 times more effective than standard care. Yet fewer than 5% of people can access them.

We're here to close that gap.

Our portfolio spans two fronts. The first is psychedelics - building the media, vetted practitioners directory and education for both therapists and end users.  Such a synergy is designed to make evidence-based psychedelic care a real option for the millions who need it, not just those lucky enough to know the right person. The second part is everyday mental healthcare - mental health diagnostics, antidepressant journeys, the unmet clinical touchpoints, the patients who leave a 20-minute appointment with a prescription and no roadmap.

As CMO of Pink Elephant's Mental Health portfolio, you will own full-stack marketing across the portfolio, from go-to-market and positioning to performance-driven growth. The core mandate is acquisition: find the channels that work, prove they are repeatable inside CAC/LTV targets, then scale them. This is a high-leverage role for a strategic doer who thrives in ambiguity, builds systems from scratch, and knows how to move fast without breaking trust in regulated categories.

Key expectations & responsibilities

Growth channels & acquisition (primary focus)

- Define holistic acquisition strategy across mental health portfolio, based on the current MVPs - withclaro.com (http://withclaro.com) , fiden.app, pawlight.co.uk (http://pawlight.co.uk) , proof of concept of the acquisition platform comingbloom.com (http://comingbloom.com) ;

- Test channels systematically (organic, paid, content, referral, influencer/UGC, partnerships) to find efficient, repeatable acquisition before scaling spend;

- Own ASO end-to-end across portfolio apps;

- Own SEO strategy and content as a compounding organic engine;

- Stand up paid UA (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) once channel-message fit is proven, against CAC/LTV/ROAS targets;

- Drive SMM-led acquisition (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit), converting attention into installs and users;

- Build viral and referral loops into the products together with product teams;

- Set up privacy-compliant measurement (AppsFlyer/Adjust, SKAdNetwork, server-side events) so channel decisions rest on reliable data.

Find & sharpen PMF logic across the portfolio

- Run structured discovery (user interviews, retention curves, cohort analysis) to pin down the segments where Claro and other portfolio products stick;

- Own positioning and messaging, validated through live tests, not internal debate;

- Close the loop with the products on what actually drives retention.

Activation, retention & monetization

- Own the full funnel: install, activation, trial, subscription;

- Run lifecycle marketing (onboarding, push/email/CRM, win-back);

- Partner with products on paywall, pricing, and trial mechanics.

Portfolio-wide ecosystem launches

- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for several products at once (digital self-help and guiding apps, mental health diagnostics, teletherapy MVP, wellness e-commerce, media platform);

- Create a coherent brand narrative across the ecosystem, with synergy between media, community, and digital health tools;

- Lead coordinated rollouts across different markets and regulatory environments.

Experience: What You Bring

Growth operator profile

- 7+ years in full-stack marketing with a strong focus on acquisition, SEO, SMM, ASO, and growth hacking for early-stage B2C digital products;

- Proven track record of finding and scaling acquisition channels from zero, not only managing budgets that already work;

- Experience launching and scaling several products in consumer tech, digital health, wellness, or DTC is highly welcomed;

- Strong data fluency: you think in metrics, cohorts, and CAC-to-LTV ratios;

- Hands-on with the marketing tech stack: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, AppsFlyer or Adjust, GA4, Mixpanel, Webflow, HubSpot, Ahrefs, Zapier.

Ecosystem mindset

- Experience working in or with venture builders, accelerators, or startup studios is a big plus;

- Comfortable architecting and juggling marketing for several products at different stages, from pre-launch to scaling;

- Ability to think brand and performance together across verticals.

Values & domain alignment

- Deep interest in or experience with mental health, wellness, digital therapeutics, or other mission-driven consumer products;

- Understanding of what responsible marketing looks like in mental health, where claims, tone, and user trust are under scrutiny;

- Experience with regulated categories (telehealth, supplements, healthtech) or ambiguous regulatory environments is a major plus.
