About this role

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Attend to the horticulture needs of commercial clients

Maintain plants and trees using water, fertilizer, and tools

Interact with clients in a courteous and informative manner

-communicate concerns to your field leader

-Stay on the schedule the customer agreed to, which is likely either service every 7 or 10 days

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Horticulture, landscaping, nursery, or related experience preferred but NOT a must!

- Dependable and able to maintain a consistent schedule.

- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred/required.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and reach for extended periods.

- Ability to lift and carry plants, fertilizer, tools, and equipment.

- Ability to safely operate hand tools and horticultural equipment.
