About this role
Accountabilities:
- Develop and lead the Application Team to implement team strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and effectiveness for pre-sales, post-sales, and consulting activities.
- Understand customer business needs and analyze system and product requirements.
- Lead pre-sales and post-sales activities, including product presentations and application demonstrations.
- Provide technical information on product specifications, features, benefits, and applications.
- Develop and deliver product and application training for internal staff to support effective selling activities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, and other teams to provide effective customer solutions.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, Age 30 years old or above
- Bachelor’s degree in related sciences
- At least 7 years of work experience in the medical product business (Neurology, Rehabilitation, Imaging Solutions, Oncology, Cardio Vascular, Respiratory)
- Ability to learn and understand related technical/clinical information quickly
- Demonstrate strategic thinking
- Experience in people management is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Good command of English communication (Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening)
